Würth Finance International B.V. is the Treasury Center and in-house bank of the globally operating Würth Group and plays a key role in safeguarding its financial stability. From our office in ’s-Hertogenbosch, we support more than 400 Group companies in the areas of financing, payment transactions, risk management and reporting. For our Accounting & Controlling team we are looking to expand our team with a Treasury Controller.

Your role

As a Treasury Controller, you will act as an important link between Treasury, Risk Management, Accounting, Compliance, and Management. You will monitor financial risks, support decision-making through meaningful reporting, and ensure compliance with internal regulations and external regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities include

• Operational responsibility for day-to-day business (monitoring, reporting, market data)
• Securities portfolio: performance reporting and investment controlling
• Preparation of analyses and presentations for Management and the Board of Directors
• Participation in projects as well as internal and external audits
• Further development of various financial risk policies and guidelines

What you bring

• Several years of experience in Treasury, Treasury Management, Risk Management, Financial Controlling or Banking
• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. CFA program is an advantage
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, financial markets, and risk management principles (valuation of FX, interest rate, and commodity derivatives as well as application of hedge accounting).
• Strong IT affinity; knowledge of Kyriba and SAP is an advantage
• Fluent English skills (B2 level) are required, basic knowledge of German and willingness to learn/improve up to B2 level
• Willingness to travel on a regular basis to foster cross-site collaboration and knowledge sharing
