In this dual role, you will have the chance to immerse yourself and build up experience in both sales and sales support, contributing to the success of our business on every front.

You will be part of our Sales & Contract Management Team which currently consists of two persons working in Sales and three persons working in Contract Management. Sales is responsible for the distribution of financial products especially to the external suppliers – and central settlement to our companies. Contract Management is responsible for the administration, monitoring and reporting as well as supporting the companies and suppliers in daily business. Together they ensure long-term business relationships with the Würth Group companies, their suppliers and the purchasers of the Würth Group.


Main responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales consultants on distributing the company services amongst the suppliers and Group companies (including regular visits to Group companies)
  • Provide administrative support to the sales consultants concerning visit preparation and visit evaluation ensuring seamless customer management
  • Assist companies and suppliers with daily business such as invoices, reports, customer complaints, providing proactive solutions and support
  • Provide the Würth Group purchasers with monitoring and reporting concerning suppliers and commodity development
  • Project management in terms of further professionalization of existing services such as the commodity platform and dynamic discounting


Additional information:

This vacancy is for our headquarters in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Our Sales & Contract Management Team, currently located at our branch office in Rorschach, Switzerland, is expanding to encompass both locations. Daily remote contact and frequent collegial exchanges ensure seamless collaboration. Expect 2-4 international customer visits or visits to Rorschach monthly, requiring a willingness to travel frequently (by car and plane).


Required skills to be successful:

  • Commercial education on MBO+/HBO-level
  • Proven work experience in the finance industry is preferred
  • Good understanding of centralized payment processes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Resilience and adaptability
  • IT affinity and conceptual, analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proven project management skills are advantageous
  • Fluency in German and English is required
  • Self-starter, able to work independently
  • Valid driver's license (B category)
