Since it is necessary for customers to have an account to conduct business with Würth Finance, the Customer Service Department is involved in business relationships between Würth corporate affiliates and Würth Finance International B.V. right from the beginning.
The Customer Service Department monitors corporate accounts: the monthly closing of accounts, as well as the tallying of internal semiannual and annual financial statements and the settling of company wide factoring of the IC trade in goods. Additionally, Customer Service is responsible for user-authorization of the Würth Finance Internet platform, BUSINESS CORNER.



Customer visits and referrals to other specialized departments are also coordinated by Customer Service.
Questions about withholding tax, which can be complicated and involved, are also handled by Customer Service.
